Warranty Claims
Manufacturing defects are covered by our Limited Warranty. Warranty claims start with the retailer where you purchased — they will coordinate with us on your behalf.
Delivery
Delivery is coordinated through the retailer where you purchased your furniture. For delivery scheduling or status, contact that retailer directly.
Caring for Your Leather
Top-grain leather is durable, but a few simple practices will keep it looking its best.
- Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
- Keep furniture out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Wipe up spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — do not use water, soap, or commercial leather cleaners without testing on an inconspicuous area first.
- Avoid placing furniture near heat sources or in high-humidity environments.
- Do not apply aftermarket leather treatments or protective coatings — these can void your warranty.
